Layout optimization of robot forging unit based on genetic algorithm

To improve the productivity of automated forging production units, reasonable layout is very important. In this paper, optimization method robot working unit was studied to efficiency forged crankshaft products, bottleneck taken as research object find a satisfactory solution planning. Based on mathematical model, hierarchical description workspace and prediction transition points were proposed. The running time operability used evaluation indexes layout. NSGA-II algorithm optimize scheme obtain better solution, optimized has runtime performance. simulation results professional software showed that proposed significantly improved.
